Key risks include but are not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GG Investments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your client agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding obligations must be settled
• Your access to our platforms will be discontinued
• We will return any client assets as per applicable regulations
• Certain provisions of this agreement will survive termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
